Today is a HAPPY DAY, cos I met up with JIARUI AND FRANCINE. Miss them long time, cos I get to see them all the time in school, and holidays here is a long absence. Hope we'd meetup more often! went SHOPPING, and had great fun! =)) The yellow chiffon dress at F21 is LOVE, but its too glam to be put to much use, but yellow dresses are so nice cos it looks so happy and sunshine, and it makes me happy! hahah! This bluish dress fits better, but its so long! OH and the empire rope dress is how nice, but no more on the webbie =( And Guess has lotsa lotsa bags on sale, and some are really nice! till I get richer... =(((
There's always a period of time when you keep buying like lets say shoes? And another period of time always buying clothes? Now, I'm always buying hairbands! Think I've got quite a substantial collection of it. Its so funny how we used to collect stamps, stickers, cards, stupid lame things when we were young. I guess its more intelligent now to collect stuffs like clothes, accessories, shoes and stuffs cos its more useful! OH and in future, I MUSTTTT have a WALK IN WARDROBE. Like maybe my own house, with a room dedicated to be my walk in wardrobe, and it'd be packed with all my collections. haha!  Finally packed my room after some naggings and this time round, I'm more determined in throwing away useless stuffs to declutter. It looks much neater now. SIGHS tmr will be a crappy day. DOOMS DAY! =(((( I bet my cap is as low as it always is, and I'll be as sad as usual =( And BTW, the trial lesson assignment, parent don't want me to teach her kid cos she tinks I can't commit when she said about changing location, which is gonna be quite far. And actually, its a blessing in disguise cos I don't really wanna travel so far either, eve to her current location. OMG HOW SAD!!! no more GOSSIP GIRLS for now =((( Just realised the 1st season ended, and so abruptly, when I was so anticipating this monday so i could catch another episode of it. Now I don't know how long I gotta wait for the next season. Maybe meanwhile I'll catch some Jap dramas. By the way, Nodame Cantabile is SUPER NICE! It's a MUST WATCH for all classical music lovers! The way that conductor conduct, is how suave! The way Nodame plays the piano is how ZAI, even though technicaly she may not be the one playing it. The music is heavenly, and uplifting. My new fav now is beethoven symph 9!

I'm regretting joining FOC camps NOWWW =((( Cos its being right smacked in the middle of the hols one after the next with a week break in between, and with other annoying weekend commitments, I can't really find a decent job now, and guess i gotta survive on my lowly tuition pay being cut by 50% commission, and the disgusting assignment which 1st lesson is a trial. I'm going to be so poor, like these isn't enough to fund my GSS shopping, perming hair, ballet, leotards, food, people's bday, and the list goes on endlessly...
Anyway, just got another 2 new students, and I'd say that I prefer talkative and hyper kids than quiet ones, contary to what usually teachers hate. Like I'll feel more comfortable teaching them cos they'll say ask when they don't understand, and could talk about nonsensical stuffs also, instead of me speaking the whole time and wonder if they really understood or learnt anything. And this time being, I hope I dont get sacked after a few lessons. Guess I've learnt my lesson the previous time where I was complacent and thought sec 4 stuffs were no feat but realised I couldn't recall much! But that student herself was worst on her part la, like she don't know a single thing when N levels is just a few months more? I guess it was a blessing in disguise to get myself out of such a situation. Oh but it kinda sucks having to "study", like what I am doing now, procrastinating to "study" cos I wanna watch shows!! Finally went to jap marche, SHOKUDO! The interior ROCKSS!!!! cos its so jappy!! LOVE IT! The potato thingy was nice, but moderation would be good cos it was so oily that i don't feel like eating it after awhile. Like the shine of the plate makes me puke at how much oil I've consumed, nothing different from DRINKING OIL.

OMG I'm so tired! Don't think I can catch my GOSSIP GIRLS tonight! I've been waking early for the past 2 days, which is quite an achievement considered how late I've been waking up the past week.
Went CYCLING at Pasir Ris, and compared to ECP, I'd prefer ECP more with the lower rates, better bikes, bigger basket. HAHAH! The scenery is comparatively nicer too. The rain was a sucha spoilsport which dampened the mood. =( Camwhored the whole time, and we chanced upon this maze which left me amused cos it reminds me of the one in harry potter, and I haven't been into one before. Cycling inside wasn't that bad as walking. Like if you get lost inside, at least u're not trying to find your way out walking, but the thing is the sudden stop at certain turns, or sudden appearance of a lamp post/tree, or hitting into the bushes.  Can't believe I'm troubled over surviving on tuitions this hols/doing office work. Prac was exhausting, and its like 3x/week, and its only june now. Die and faints. I'm gonna drop dead already, NIGHTS

Alrights, so for the past few days, have been spending time with the bandies =)) And it was great FUN!
Firstly, we got jinyan's pressie which was like burning a BIGBIG hole in my wallet that I can only hear the ringing sounds of shillings. We went Gap KIDS! And camwhored inside the changing room.  And relishing childhood memories... Then for the stayover which lasted for 3D2N, yeahh like a "camp" that we had, there's great food, cooked by ANGIE! but super fattening. It felt like slapping fats onto the body after eating, that you can feel it bulging and oozing out. Over the dining table, with addition of ellyne, there's usual bitchy stuffs going on and extra bitchiness. HAHA!  And afterwhich, we got a lil tipsy after the drinks. But JY was super high, and having mega bitchfit the whole time; and surong making damn funny comments and lauhing all the time. It soon wore off and we fell dead asleep till the next morning where we reluctantly woke up, feeling damn lethargic. Our initial plan to wake up at 9am and have macs breakfast at eastcoast was obviously unsuccessful, and instead had macs BREAKFAST delivery which came at lunchtime. I swear i'll NEVER EVER EVER EVER call for macs delivery which will arrive like 1.5 hrs later. Oh plsss, like whats the point of having delivery when I can make a mere 10 mins trip down to macs to get food. But the delivery person, on a bike, having surrounding outlets, took a freaking 1.5 hrs which left hungry pple like us to be angsty people.Time to do some exercise! Cycling rocks, but not on a sunday, cluttered with people of all kinds, making it terrible to cycle. After the 2 hrs of bumping around on that 2 wheeled vehicle, our ass hurts. The sun was super hot, and with tanning oil slapped on, and under the sun for ard 2 hours, I still didn't get much darker! =(  Lastly, went for SAJC's concert, which felt odd as an audience instead of being on stage. Only whatsoever things sounded like sajc, which was once my nightmare!

Back from bintan! The resort, being secluded and surrounded by the wilds and undeveloped land, we led a few days of escapade, away from the hustles and bustles of the cities, being disconnected from the world without autoroam and internet, and hence enjoying the luxury of serenity in the relaxing nature.
The aspiring taitais....     What we've been doing the past few days are just.... eating all the time, and snacking alot, but titbits are of exorbidant prices, like $5 for pringles???!!! Chips for $3??!! The food are kinda pricey too. We get smarter each day as we sourced for snacks, secretly packed pastries from the breakfast for picnic. And we eventually ended up with free breakfast for the 3 days that they forgot to charge us as we check out.  Walking along the beach and picking seashells. Loves the beach! Sadly, the weather wasn't very good. Its always looming with dark clouds everytime we wanna tan, and I couldn't get the golden sexy tan that I wanted. =(( We made a trip to the oleh olehh market. Funny name! Its kinda collaborated with the resorts for tourists to visit, and they assume that tourists are rich, but not us poor uni kids. But they aren't smart enough to think that we would bargain. Like their cost price is so low, and I bet even after the bargained price, they'll be recovering at least 100% profit. Actually their stuffs there are relatively cheap compared to the day-light robbery resort, which colluded all the restaurants and are actually a monopoly. Sunset was easy to catch, and its so beautiful, but which lasted a short while. And amazingly, double rainbow on our first day!!  After several failed attempts, we finally managed to catch the sunrise on our last day with strong determination to wake up early and forcing sleepyheads to get up! The previous morning, all of us woke up at different timings and saw each other still in their slumbers and so continued sleeping, until we lost the sunrise. HAHA! Its damn pretty!!!! OMG! It rises quite quickly, and painting the sky with myraids of colours. The woman, who took lotsa unglam pics of us, secretively.....  finally got revenged! HAHA! my new found fren, krystal! The world is so small, and everyone seems to have common frens.  How I wish life is so carefree, where troubles melt like lemon drops, where there's no worries about test/exams/projects/tutorials/lectures/assignments. But all good things come to an end...

 Had a shopping trip with cynthia and xingyi, and afterwhich merissa joined and eventually drifted off. Merissa talked to me on MSN mistakenly, thinking i was charmaine. Funny long story... And she finally found out it was me through a series of confusion. HAHAH. Cynthia is looking like a lobster before we're heading to bintan!We watched Nafa's diploma showcase, and I only like the first item, which is the ballet item. Its super nice which made me miss dancing ballet, AHHH!! But I'm kinda lazy to wake up on a sunday morn to go! HAHA

Exams had piled on me layers of apidose tissue, and its wobbling all over which is gross-ing me out. So from now onwards, I'm gonna embark on a healthy lifestyle! I think I had a successful start! Peace and I had cedele, which is so going to be my fav restaurant, cos its healthy and NICEEE! And we resisted the temptation of Cartel Half price yummy choc cakes, replacing it with yoghurt!
And I have a confession to make, and that is: I haven't been squeezing my fries oil dry, cos I'm lazy to. Alrights, I shall resume my habit and start making people grossed out. LOL! My wishlist from francine is the invention of her squeeze oil machine. Gossip girls is LOVE! But I'm running out of it =(((

YIPEEEES!!!!! EXAMS ARE OVER!
 Wheeees! so excited about the bintan trip! Holidays are here again!!!YAY Aircon isn't a want, but a NEED. yeahh a necessity in getting me to fall asleep and study efficiently. Stayed in JF's hall the day before, and it being stuffy + hot, I couldn't sleep the entire night despite how tired I was getting. In the end, only managed to catch some rest for an hour or so, which i was even sweating in my sleep. That being, sat in front of the exam paper and started stoning cos my brain was literally dead. Yays, but the hot sun, I'd get a broze and healthy tan in no time due. BEACHDAYS are here to stay this hols! wheees =)))

The worst thing that could ever happen for an exam is having stomach ache while taking the paper, and you just struggle to get it done and hope for the time to be up asap, in contrast to hoping there'll be more time to complete. And whats even worst is the amount of time they take to count the paper and release all, that you can't wait to dash to the toilet.
Having a bad diarrhoea simultaneously with fran, and its highly possible due to the stupid fried rice we had yest night. Hers was worst cos it started the night before, and mine started DURING the paper. Like how lucky, that even lottery also won't be so accurate. Ohwell, tell me whats more horrible than this. Okay... this funny incident... Angie smses: omg! i'm having diarrohea now me: omg!! where are u? Angie: ps.. *looks into the toilet and found it dark and empty So i called: me: hey! where are u?? angie: I'm at plaza sing me: ohhh! I thought you are pang sai-ing!!! HAHAHAH Went for alumni prac, and having not played for so long, i totally played like shit. not mentioning my Bb sounds like crap. And my tummy still feeling cramped up and numb, couldn't even push the notes properly. Can't stand the sound i make, i feel like a sec 1 kid trying to produce a sound on the tbne. Then headed down to sajc band camp in jinyan's car which got stucked outside the locked gate. Guess it would be the last camp we're going back, since there'll be no familiar people left to visit. Didn't manage to take pics with the barre! Loved the mirror more. Feel damn old there, upon seeing majority of unfamiliar faces, looking so young, and playing roast mutton insults. stupid colin, who never fail to tell me that i put on weight. argh, my face is rounder! damn emo =( thats why exam is detrimental to health! both physically, mentally and psychologically. |
