This is rather ironic.
As much as I don't like engine guys cos they are, and looks WEIRD: I'm taking fluids gem there, which is a mech engine module Having lunch quite frequently with jessie and stanley at engine Having half my MNO class flooded with engine peeps. Like totally gross! I so dread going for that class now. Ohwell, guess I'll have to live with it for this sem. hurry hurry let this sem past! Thank God Its Thursday. Where my tutorial starts only at 1pm. The past few days were quite horrible cos the lessons all starts at 10am, and I have difficulty waking up. And so I have difficulty being punctual. I still haven't adapted to waking up early, and I'm always half dead during lects. This is bad! Weekends aren't any better, ok maybe a lil better since there's no band prac in the evening.

Saints Alumni Band Concert is over! YAYSSS! I'm glad that there's at least some free time during the weekends, cos for the past 3 weeks, my weekends were packed from morn to night and I could really fall asleep during pracs, due to the obligation to wake up early in the morning. YAYS, finally can have time for shopping! But then again, think I'll miss playing, and the people too.
Felt quite shiok playing, and haven't felt that way for quite a long time. It was better than expected though, yup, and as colin calls it, its the SAINTS MIRACLEE! hahah! It always happens. Proven and tested. When its the actual day of perf, the band will just miraculously sound nice, but the sound during pracs are quite horrible. LOL Camwhoring at the backstage.  Anyway, to those who came, THANKS for coming, even though somebody reluctantly dragged her feet here, but its alright. haha! I'm not the only girl this time round! yays =)

My initialy FNA tutorial slot was 9-11am on thurs, and i'll have a hmm 5 hrs break till my next tut on thursdays. So I really wanna change the slot, cos I definitely can't wake up so early, which I'll probably be late every tutorial. So Zav asked me to write in to the office and request for change, and say it clashes with my elec tut, which apparently isn't so. He still say, once they see the word "clash" they'll confirm change. Yeah, I was gullible enough, so I sent in that to try my luck. Apparently, they check up on my timetable and found it wasn't the case so I couldn't change my class. So being very eager to swop class, I woke up damn early and await at the cors webbie and refresh every other sec as 9am draws close. Damn kiasu lah, hahha. So I selected my swap options, and hopefully it would be successful. Then after lect, I went to check, and I MANAGED TO SWAP SUCCESSFULLY!!! YAYS!!! THANKS TO PROSPERITY BURGER!! Which probably gave me some luck, cos 9-11 slot is like damn early and don't think many pple will want it, so i was damn lucky! yays! prosperity burger rocks! Jessie said I was superstitious, but ohwell, if you believe it will work, it will. LOL! I shall eat more of that, to regain all my luck that i used to have last year, around this time where i kept picking up stuffs, till peace and serene kept saying I was damn lucky and maybe my lady luck was secretly chased away.
Was looking at this full length mirror in jingfang's new hall, and I realised howw ugly my leg is, full of bruises and a big cut when i knocked into the bench a few days ago. The lady at the office said we looked alike! Jesmine said sth like "friends most likely won't ps", something along the line. Ohwell, I think friends are the most likely to ps one lor!! I get damn annoyed when people PS me, cos what you've promised, shouldn't be broken! And I get even more annoyed when ppl don't reply my sms-es and calls even aft many many calls!! Whats the phone for. Like seriously, THROW AWAY YOUR PHONE PLS! Oh yeah, and when they say like "i miss you so much", these kinda stuff, well like seriously, if you miss your friends, why don't you even bother contacting them, or even pick up their calls/smses. This goes to show how sincere one's words are. I mean, actions speak louder than words, and w/o actions, the words doesn't mean much.

I dun wanna go back to school! Reminds me of the song " I dun like mondays" I'm still in the holiday mood!!
Thurs was an official off day for me! But sadly I had flu the moment I woke up, and mucus was stucked in my nose and everywhere along the nasal that I had difficulty breathing properly. So after popping a few panadols and going back to sleep, woke up to meet peace. She's got a new hairstyle which makes her look younger! Then after that went to met paikias at Holland V for anna's farewell dinner. Mike and Jessie that scandalous couple performed some stupid magic tricks just to distract anna so that xiaohui could write the card. Ordered 3 amigos, and found a strand of hair inside, roasted and twirled around each other.. eeks damn gross. but i ate a lil on the other side cos i was famished. Then got the waiter, which apparently is the manager, but w/o a tag, to inform him abt the strand of hair, and to change to a new one. He was quite disturbed, like "where got?!" as if I purposely implanted the hair into it. He pulled it out and more than half the length of the hair was stucked below the cheese and pasta. He then strongly insisted it was herbs, cos they put herbs in their dishes. And reluctantly changed it for me, and said I've got to wait VERY LONG though. Oh yeahhh, like i can't differentiate herbs strands and hair. I touch my hair everyday and look at my hair everyday, of cos I could differentiate hair and herbs. Oh well, maybe his hair is as coarse as herbs strands. And being guilty strucked, he ordered all the chefs to put on shower caps. haha! YAYS and congwei wrote the feedback card, but I revised it and added in more stuffs. The first line manager's attitude was so bad, and how is he able to be a role model for his subordinates when his attitude is way beyond horrendous. Wish the top management would read the feedbacks and do something regarding his incompatibility! Then Donald came late, ordered late. So I was wondering how come it took so long for my dish to arrive, and even donald had got his served. Yeah then maybe that stupid manager purposely made me wait, so I checked with the waitress, and found that they served mine to donald, and he ate it all up!!! Like the waitress who served it to him don't even repeat the dish when served. I wish I was a mystery shopper for NYDC then, and report all negativities to the management. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION = 0/10!!!! BAD MANAGEMENT!! Coffee Club was much better! We went there for deserts and it was damn good! I haven't ate at coffee club ever since I've quit waitressing there.(diff branch), cos was so sick of the cakes. But quality of their service was much emphasized upon to provide customers with a plesant dining experience. They even helped us move the tables away for us to take group picture against the coffee club sign! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION = 10/10!  Had a packed weekend, yeah basically the whole day. Had to wake up early in the morn on a sat to go back to school, then rush down for alumni. Damn annoying!! Was told to report at 4 and upon reaching, was given a break till 545 when the POP starts. So its basically wasting time coming so early, shouldn't have believed they would be punctual in starting pracs. POP was at sajc, and a wave of nostalgia swept upon seeing the luscious green field, the band room with BARRE, but my fav mirror being covered up. =((YAYS, cheuk said I slimmed down! HAHA! Which apparently I hoped I did, cos I've been eating alot despite the trngs 3x a week. So all the input would probably outweigh the output. Class Q gathering at Hougang, which was said to be near hg mall, but technically quite far in fact. I got lost inside the condo cos tt security guard asked me to walk straight in, and so I did which I got lost. He's damn lousy in directions can. Ate quite alot of chicken, which according to Angie will give bigger boobs! LOLS, but I ate it wasnt cos of that, but cos there's only limited variety. And being so hungry, I ate quite a few of them. Gosh!

it sucks to wake up at 730 on a saturday morning and going to school, when i dun even wake up that early on normal school days.
it sucks even more when i was having a very xing fu dream and was awaken by the alarm. ahhh, there goes my beautiful dream. yeah yeah, so basically i'm just damn no life on weekends. i hope feb pass by soon =( even my off days, i've gotta go back to school. aren't i poor thing!

School hass started! What colour is your monday??? Mine is very oceanic BLUEEEE, with 7 hours of lectures all stringed up together! Gosh! My mind is floating off to wonderland by the 3rd and 4th lecture. The first lect was at engine, a place I wouldn't wanna stay put long in. It just feels very dull and alienic, like I'm in a foreign land, which apparently seems so. Fluids mechanics?? aerodynamics?? gosh!! whats all these! think i'm gonna flunk it once again!
Law is quite interesting, surprisingly. The content is rather boring, but the spiked up by the funny explanation and illustration by the lecturer! You know, we actually can sue ppl when we're called a Bitch! To win the case, You just gotta prove that u were called a bitch! And for the defendant to win the case, he/she has to prove that the plaintiff is really a BITCH! Yeah, but i also heard that the lecturer will be our tutor, and she's biased against girls and poly studs. =(( I'm gonna dress like a guy for her tutorials!

Jessie, Mich and I were out in SCHOOL UNIFORM TODAY!! Mich borrowed my IJ one and jessie wore her sec school one, and we look like a bunch of delinquent kids who broke school rules from top to toe! We successfully looked like students, cos even the waitress thought so when we wanna order kids meal and bluffed through our nose that jessie is the primary school kid while mich is from sec school and i'm from jc. She then softly mumbled.. actually you'll are from sa right.
Its Alvin's birthday, and before that, mich and I went to get his pressie and shop around as well. hahah, we just ended up digressing and shopping for our own stuffs. But eventually we took quite some time deciding his pressie. went WARAKU again! Its nice!! His fren, another guy named alvin joined us, and it looks kinda funny with 3 school kids and 2 old men! Looks like a teacher-student outing. HAHAHA!    The tiramisu parfait is GOOD! according to height and with jessie around i'll never be the last!! HAHAH! I was wearing pumps, cos i didn't have any appropriate shoes to wear. My old shoes were old and probably stinking inside the cardboard. That was the only most appropriate show that i have, to match withn the uniform. we went esplanade for Mex Brenner! LOVESLOVES, MY FAV! But it've shrunk!!!=(( eeeekss. last time, small choc fondue had 3 chocs, and now there's only 2 chocs, and the portion is smaller!!!! but it still taste as good though. bumped into shiawyan there and he was so surprised that we're in uniform. his fren even believed that alvin was our teacher!! HAHAHAH so funny!! goshhh! ate so much, we still went to the marina mandrain lounge for some drinks and chilling out, and stayed they till late, but we looked like paikia students who refuse to go home. Its quite nice there, quiet and not disturbing, Jessie ordered alcoholic drinks and was checked for her ic! It was quite funny cos while walking there, it looks like the 2 of them are some se-peh-peh, bringing 2 school girls out so late. And as we were walking there, was telling jessie.. "woahh, they bringing us to hotel leh". HAHAHA!! I have thought about this for quite long.. Like what my future will be. There's quite some people that I know of that already has a career going on. Its like they've already started out their careers even before graduation, and I quite envy them of their ambition. I'm still unsure of my future. I know I wanna start up a business on my own, probably along the fashion/beauty line. But there's so much that I dunno, and basically I'm just very inexperienced and don't exactly know what I wanna do. I guess I need to start networking, like how the other workaholics do.

Met MEL today!! YAYS! Haven't met her since ages though! The puma fitting room is so cool!! cos its decorated with wallpaper of bookshelves, golf courses and etc, so we went in to take a pic, and mel is still holding on to the top she tried. YAYS!! Zara has got SALESSS, which is a further markdown of prices.
  Waraku de pasta is NICE NICE!! Though its quite alot, but doesn't feel very gelate after eating, and I'm still craving for more now. The desert looks super good too, esp the tiramisu one!! But we've got no more stomach space.   Met JINGFANG too! We watched I am Legend, and its a stupid show! Some parts are quite scary though, cos that mad girl just suddenly grapped on to me, which got me a shock and much laughing as well. Then we just walked around aimlessly, and tried this body scrub on our hand, which made it fabulously smooth and fairer, but she just doesnt believe its fairer. Met ANGIE too! Shopped around at Bugis and got some good deal, yays! I was around an hour late cos I overslept!! HORRIBLE ME! Haha, apparently, I get some clothes whenever I go out. But it so just happen that its the sales period, and school is starting soon, and I'm determined to be a mugger when school starts!  Bidding and choosing mods are sucha dread. Even though we've been pre-allocated 4 mods, the timetable is hard to fit in mods!!! So there's alot of mods which I wanna take, but couldn't. I must make a wise choice this time round! Hope I'll meet some cuties too! HAHA.

HAPPY 2008!!
GOSHH!!! A new year past so quickly. I could still remember quite vividly what happened last year. Even my juniors, mei and eunice have graduated! I managed to dig out last year's resolution. Ok, now, to assess it. -exercise often and keep fit. -> though i dont really exercise, but climbing mountains and trainings are rather enough to make me feel fitter -earn lotsa money and buy lotsa stuffs. -> didn't earn ALOT, but bought lotsa stuffs. Gosh, 2007 is like shopping a year of shopping craze. -master photoshop 7.0 -> at least i've picked up cs2/3. not that bad though -improve my playing skills. -> my tone deproved, but at least my sight reading somehow improved -have fair and radiant and glowing skin -> quite fair and radiant, but sadly with lotsa pimple marks -don't be lazy to do facial regulary. -> too lazy and no time to do so -keep in contact with frens. -> hmmmmm... -get a driving liscence -> wont get it for now. i need a chauffer more than a liscence -never give up -> i gave up eventually, its long over. Looking back at 2007... Something different from other years, with the experience of working life which isn't easy! The money part is rewarding, but the taking of instructions from others are horrible. Thats why i wanna set up my own company, and people gotta listen to me instead! hahah! Then uni life, which isn't a breeze at all. But I've met lotsa new peeps, like paikia! oweek og mates, synery peeps, cblc-ians, cyberia campers, nerdylemon, and others from random places. But sad to say that most are just aquaintances, and only a small bunch are the closer ones. Also, reading back on previous entries, realising "once bitten, twice shy". Perhaps, it made me more matured. Hahah, so somehow or rather, some of my resolutions had been achieved. so here's my NEW year resolution. - get rid of the pimple scars and pimples on my skin. - sleep earlier and take care of my skin - don't eat too much junk - keep fit and lose weight! - able to do splits, and proper piurettes - study hard and smart, and pull up my super horribly low cap - catch next year's fireworks - persevere! - maintain the neatness of my room - get a bf who chauffers me around - travel around to shop! |
